Lebanon Correctional Institution Security Level Descriptions:

• 1 = Minimum Security
• 2 = Medium Security
• 3 = Close Security
• 4 = Maximum Security
• 5 = Administrative Maximum

Visiting

• General Population:  Inmates are permitted visits based on their institutional number. Lebanon Correctional Institution Inmates whose institutional number ends in an odd number are permitted visitation on odd numbered calendar days.  Inmates whose institutional number ends in an even number are permitted visitation on even numbered calendar days.  Visitation is available on the following days and times:  

  Monday – Friday

  1^st Session:          12:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.         Cut off: 1:00 p.m.*
  2^nd Session:           2:45 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.         Cut off: 3:15 p.m.*

  3^rd Session:           5:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.         Cut off: 6:00 p.m.*

  Saturday – Sunday

  1^st Session:                  8:15 a.m. -10:15 a.m.       Cut off:  9:00 a.m.*
  2^nd Session:         11:00 a.m. –  1:00 p.m.       Cut off:11:45 p.m.*

  3^rd Session:           1: 30 p.m. –  3:30 p.m.       Cut off:  2:15 p.m.*

  Reservation Hours:

  §  Visiting reservations are required for all visiting sessions.

  §  Approved visitors may make a reservation up to 30 days in advance by calling  513-932-4616      .

  §  The visiting reservation phone line is answered Monday through Friday between the hours of 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.  On Saturday and Sunday, the reservation phone line is answered between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

  §  The name, number, and relationship to the inmate must be provided at the time of making the reservation.

  §  If you make a reservation and want to cancel, you will need to call three (3) days in advance, or you will be charged a visit for the following month.  A “No Show” is a reservation spot that someone else could have made.

  §  Visiting hours are subject to change without notice. Please call the institution at   513-932-1211  to verify visiting hours before planning a visit.

  §  Visiting is closed on all State Holidays.

  Institution-Specific Visiting Information:

  §  Visiting is limited to a maximum of three (3) visitors per inmate at one time, including walking children, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

  §  Each visiting session counts as a separate visit.  Therefore, two (2)  visits on the same day shall count as the two (2) visits allowed per inmate each month.

  §  Inmates housed in General Population and Security Control status will be permitted weekend visits, while inmates in Disciplinary or Local Control Status are not authorized for weekend visitation.

  §  Inmates in Disciplinary or Local Control Status housing are permitted one (2) two hour visit per month, with a maximum of (3) three visitors.

  Institution-Specific Visiting Information
